Family Camp Registration is Now Available!
Family Camp weekend is a meaningful vacation for families, parents and grandparents. The relaxed atmosphere provides a unique opportunity to share the magic of Herzl Camp as a family. It is a perfect way to introduce future campers to the Herzl experience, a chance for current campers to introduce their parent(s) to Herzl Camp and a way for all families to experience Jewish camping together.
Family Camp is filled with fun family activities, like a family bonfire, Shabbat experience, boating, tubing, arts and crafts, ultimate Frisbee and the annual family Softball game! While participating in these activities you are able to share quality family time that is hard to create during our everyday lives. In addition, there are activities for children of all ages and even separate programming for parents. Our energetic staff plan and implement the same types of exciting programs that are run the rest of the summer. You will also enjoy the unique combination of delicious food and the unbeatable Ruach (spirit) that make Herzl meal times so memorable. You can reserve your spot by clicking here to download a registration form.
Provide Scholarships with Simcha Centerpieces
Planning a bar or bat mitzvah? Now you can share your love of camp with friends and family and support the Herzl Scholarship Fund at the same time. Thanks to the creative talents and logistical support of Amy Mastbaum we are offering custom made rental centerpieces for your simcha. With these colorful and fun centerpieces you can personalize your celebration and ensure that other kids have the chance to attend Herzl. Centerpieces are available for delivery in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Rental fees are $25 per centerpiece and all proceeds go to the Herzl Scholarship Fund. For more information call the Herzl office at (952) 927-4002.
